Is the implant placement procedure painful?
The procedure is performed under anesthesia, so you won't feel any pain during it. Afterward, you may experience mild discomfort for a few days, which can be managed with the medication recommended by your doctor.
What options do I have if I've been told in the past that I don't have enough bone?
There are often solutions. The All-on-4/All-on-6 technique uses the existing bone, and in most cases, bone grafting is not necessary. When it is necessary, bone grafting or a sinus lift can be performed.
What is the risk that the body will reject the implant?
It is very rare. Titanium is a material that the body tolerates very well. Healing problems occur mainly due to infections or poor hygiene.
How long does an implant last, and what kind of warranty do I get?
With good oral hygiene and regular checkups, implants are a long-term solution. Each package includes a warranty for the chosen implant system; the exact terms will be explained to you during your consultation.
Is it safe to get implants if I'm over 60 or have other medical conditions?
Age itself is not a barrier. Conditions such as diabetes must be kept under control, and your doctor will request the necessary tests before the procedure.
Why should I choose implants instead of a bridge or dentures?
Fixed teeth on implants don't move, don't cover the roof of the mouth and don't require healthy teeth to be filed down. Implants also help preserve the jawbone.
How do you care for fixed teeth?
Almost like natural teeth: brushing, an oral irrigator and regular check-ups at the clinic.
Can I eat normally right after the procedure?
During the first few weeks, it is recommended to eat softer foods so that the implants can integrate properly. Once healing is complete and the final restoration is in place, you can eat almost anything.
How much will it cost exactly in my case, and can I pay in installments?
Fixed dentures start at 14,000 lei per arch for All-on-4 and at 18,000 lei for All-on-6, depending on the implant system chosen. The packages include the CT scan, extractions, surgery, temporary fixed prosthesis, post-operative care kit, and warranty. Sinus lifts or bone grafts (only if necessary) and the final restoration are not included. You will receive the exact price in writing after your consultation. Payment can also be made in installments through TBI Bank.
