What procedures do we perform?
The doctor will recommend the procedure after the consultation and after reviewing the X-ray.
Wisdom Tooth Extraction
Including those that are impacted or partially erupted, which push against neighboring teeth or become inflamed frequently.
Tooth Extractions
For teeth that can no longer be saved by treatment. The bone and gum are protected, especially if an implant will follow.
Apicoectomy
Removal of the infected root tip when the infection does not resolve with root canal treatment alone.
Bone grafting
Bone augmentation, when there is not enough bone to place an implant.
Sinus Lift
Lifting the sinus membrane and adding bone to the upper jaw prior to implant placement.

The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Once the anesthesia wears off, you may experience some discomfort, for which your doctor will recommend a pain reliever.
If they don't have enough space to erupt properly, they can push against the other teeth or cause decay on the root of a neighboring tooth. The decision is made based on a panoramic X-ray.
It depends on its position. An erupted wisdom tooth is usually easy to extract, while an impacted one requires more extensive treatment. The dentist will let you know in advance, based on the X-ray.
On the first day, do not rinse your mouth vigorously, to protect the blood clot. Avoid hot foods and smoking for 24–48 hours, and follow your doctor’s recommendations.
Bone grafting or a sinus lift can restore the volume needed for implant placement. The dentist determines the appropriate option based on the CT scan.
It is a common procedure in implantology, necessary when the upper jawbone is too thin beneath the sinus. It is performed under local anesthesia.
