Can veneers be placed on teeth with large fillings?
If the tooth is too severely damaged, the dentist may recommend an all-ceramic crown instead of a veneer for greater strength.
Can veneers be whitened with whitening gels?
No, porcelain does not change color when exposed to whitening gels. For this reason, it is recommended to whiten the adjacent natural teeth next applying veneers to even out the shade.
Do veneers feel like false teeth?
No, after the adjustment period, they’ll feel just like your own teeth, because they’re extremely thin and digitally customized (CAD/CAM).
Will my teeth look „too white” and unnatural?
We'll choose the shade together, using the color chart. Our goal is to create a smile that flatters you; we can opt for a natural white or brighter shades, depending on your preference.
Are there any dietary restrictions?
There are no strict restrictions, but we recommend caution with very hard foods. Although E-Max ceramic is extremely durable, avoid biting directly into foods such as hard apples, raw carrots, or pistachios. It is also strictly prohibited to use your veneers as a „tool” to open lids or tear open packaging. The good news is that veneers are stain-resistant, so coffee or red wine won’t discolor them.
